No Delaware equivalent to New Jersey's PWTA

This site does not apply New Jersey Private Well Testing Act requirements to Delaware properties. Delaware does not currently have a direct equivalent law, and any real-estate transaction testing expectations should be confirmed with a real-estate professional rather than assumed from this site.
