Privacy Policy
How DelawareWaterQuality.com collects, uses, and shares information.
What we collect
We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact form, including your name, email, phone number, county, municipality/community, water source, property or facility type, and your message. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, session recording, call tracking, form-event tracking scripts, UTM-based profiling, or third-party heat maps.
What we use it for
We use submitted information to respond to your question and, where applicable and coverage-confirmed, to refer your request to a participating Delaware provider. We only collect what's needed to route your request — we do not request Social Security numbers, medical history, full laboratory reports (unless a secure upload process exists), or unnecessary tenant or child information.
How we share it
If your request is referred to a participating provider, we share the information needed for that provider to follow up with you. This referral relationship is disclosed before you submit a request. We do not sell your information.
Laboratory results and sensitive data
We do not publish user test results. Uploaded lab reports, if ever collected, are treated as sensitive and transmitted securely. We do not store medical details.
Data retention
We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your request and, where applicable, to support an active referral. We will remove personal information on request where legally appropriate.
Analytics we do use
We use Google Search Console for indexing, query, click, and Core Web Vitals reporting, and server logs, if already available, handled appropriately. Neither collects personally identifying behavioral data about individual visitors.
Contact
